How do I put my picture in my blog avatar

Someone commented on my blog & I think that the overall dialog would be a bit more personal if I have my picture in my avatar instead of that stupid computer generated one.

But I dont know how to insert my picture in there.

    There are so many sites allows you to create an Avatar. Even some asks your picture and they do create an avatar resembling your facial feature. like you can try planetcreation.co.uk for example
