Did Google Ban These Sites or Not?

I am a bit puzzled about my sites. Would you, Warriors, please give me some insight into this?

Four sites. Both Search Engine Genie and Online Alley say that all four sites are banned.

I have all four sites in Google Webmaster Tools, which says that Google didn't detect any malware in any of them.

First site:
A few pages (fewer than a month ago) appear in search engine results, but the main page doesn't. e.g. example.com doesn't, but example.com/page does appear.
This is on WordPress, but with its own domain name (i.e. "WordPress" doesn't appear in the domain name).

Second site:
Appears in SERPs (this is a one-page site only with a sales letter on it)

The domains for the above two sites are with the same registrar, in the same account.

Third site:
The main domain doesn't appear in SERPs, but a subdomain that I created only a few days ago does. (The main domain has been registered for months, and only has one page on it.)
Same registrar as the above sites, but in different account.

Fourth site:
Doesn't appear in SERPs, but some of the pages that have only an article on them each appear if I search by the article title. They don't appear if I search by quoted text.
I think this site was banned already when I registered the domain, which I didn't know at that time.
Registered at a different registrar than the above sites.

Would anybody be able to help shed light on these, please? Thank you!
