How to hire a freelancer - I have a video for you...

I started outsourcing a few months ago and I have to say that its been one the best things I've done since I started online back in April 2010.
However, I was pretty daunted at first so I've created a real-time video of one of my recent outsourcing jobs on oDesk to show how I go through the whole process of hiring a freelancer.
I thought I'd post it up here to as it might help anyone out who is just starting out with outsourcing (or thinking about it)...
