For "Newbies"...Er New Members Only...
Dear New Warriors (and those of you who just couldn't resist thinking you might be missing out on something if you didn't read this thread too!),
I'm certain most of you don't know me, and I've been scarce in the Forum of late, concentrating heavily on my business, and not often venturing from under my rock. But knowing me isn't what's important. I just felt a desire to share this with you now; maybe it's the impending Holidays or something that has me in the mood, and it is my sincere hope that this little nugget will prove beneficial to you.
The Warrior Forum is a huge place, and there are so many people that are a part of it that it's hard to become familiar with everyone but those who write and comment with any regularity. Everyone who has become a member here has some inkling as to the wealth of information that can be found within the hundreds and thousands of discussions here. But, what you may not know is that some of the most valuable resources can be found in those individuals that you may not hear from all the time.
Anyway, what I want to share with you are the names of just a handful of individuals whose comments, threads and discussions you may want to look up when you're so inclined or have the time. It has been my experience that these individuals always have something valuable to contribute, sometimes even when they're just "goofing around". If you're stuck, if things are moving slowly or not at all, you may do well to research through the threads and comments of these individuals for a little help or inspiration. I hope none of them minds me doing this, and I invite those Warriors who would add other maybe "less-known" but impactful Warriors to this very short list to please feel free to do so.
Okay, so here goes:
Paul Myers - Paul has an incredible newsletter, TalkBiz, that is ALWAYS full of intelligence, wicked humor and insight that often makes you want to hit yourself "upside the head" for being so dimwitted. He is an incredible resource in this forum, and someone whose stuff you REALLY want to read if you plan on doing IM as more than just a hobby. He's a really cool guy that you just don't expect to be so cool... or smart (I mean that in the nicest way, Paul!).
"Big Mike", Michalis Kotzakolios - You have no idea how long it took me to be able to spell Mike's name correctly off the top of my head! Big Mike is a truly gifted entrepreneur, and one of THE most generous individuals with whom I think I've ever come in contact. You often see his latest products promoted in the WSO section of this forum, and if you ever have occasion to make a purchase, I can guarantee it will be one of the best decisions you'll make. He produces the highest QUALITY products, even when he's giving them away for free, AKA "The Warrior Manifesto". He's extremely knowlegable about business, about customers and customer relations, as well as the really technical stuff, and you really can't go wrong listening to his advice, recommendations and insights.
Eric Louviere - Eric is a personality that I'd become aware of in the Forum pretty early on as a member here. However, it wasn't until recently that I really began focusing in on his voice and advice. I've found his information to be truly valuable and genuine, and some that I believe may help me to become a very wealthy woman. We'll see.
Allen Says - I was a member here for quite some months (and even before that as a "lurker") before I had any idea about the mind and the man behind this forum. If you've been a member here, but really haven't checked out who Allen Says is and the resource of help and information that he represents, you're doing yourself a great disservice.
Okay, that's it. Of course there are many other individuals here whose knowledge and advice are worth their weight in gold, and I'm certainly not discounting any of them. But I wanted to bring to your attention these individuals especially because you may not know or be aware of them, and they can be truly helpful to you as you endeavor to reach your goals and objectives.
