Problems with Contest Burner! Any CB Users Here?

Hi Warriors,

Back in Nov., I purchased Contest Burner, a software which allows you to conduct contests online.

I've just created my very first contest today and am having a problem with AWeber. When I submit my contest entry (as a test), AWeber says I need a name and to hit the browser's "Back" button. Worse, it keeps refreshing itself and I can't close it!!

Grrr!

I've followed the instructions very carefully and don't know if the problem is with me or what. I triple-checked that the "Name" wasn't required in the AWeber form. In trying several times, I've included both the Name field (then used the parser in Contest Burner) and excluded the Name field but nothing solves this problem!

I can't seem to solve this problem and it's driving me crazy!

I've submitted a support ticket to Bill McIntosh's people, but who knows when they'll get back to me.

In the meantime, I announced the contest before testing it and now there's a problem!

Arrrggg! Does anyone know how to fix this? I NEVER have this problem with AWeber!

      Thanks for the suggestion, but I'm absolutely NOT switching mail services, sorry. I've been with AWeber for several years and like their service. Plus, I already have lists with them.

      Fortunately, I heard back from Contest Burner's support people and once they messaged me, it was resolved in just 3-4 hours. Their guy was very responsive and courteous, which was nice. Turns out it's a slight bug: I'd put in my custom thank you page URLs in in the AWeber form which messed with the whole system.

      At least I know it wasn't me. (Computers really make me feel dumb sometimes!)
