I received an email from cgaling@jcpenney.com from a lady named Christine C. Galing.

It simply says:

Your domain has been identified as having links to "jcpenney.com/products" pages without J.C. Penney Corporation, Inc.'s authorization and must be taken down immediately.

Please confirm that you have done so.

Granted, I do link out to their site (probably have for a year or so), and the simple thing is to remove the link and be on my way. That being said, I would think someone emailing from a corporation would at least have a signature or contact information of some sort.
