Picked up a .biz for a non business site, How bad is that?

its a coupon/discount site, how bad is it? Im only planning to get organic traffic for this site so im not expecting people to remember the domain. It just has the keyword phrase im targeting. The .co and .tv is still available, should i go with those instead?

    It will be better option to choose .biz domain extension for your coupon/discount site. The .co and .tv will not suit with coupon site. If you are planning to get organic traffic then domain extension does not big matter for you.

    if you have the targeted keywords in you domain then I don't think that you have made a mistake...go ahead with your seo efforts. And you must get some good results...

    If I would have to choose from .biz or .co, I would pick a .biz. But if you would think of an other domain name, then you could buy a .com.

    I think the domain is fine for your needs :-)

    There are so many extensions to choose from
    now, I think the original (intended) meaning of
    a particular extension is lost, to a degree.

    I think the only endeavor that .biz would be
    unsuitable for is charity work.

    always go for a .com if possible seemst to get more priority in the search engines. I have experimented with both .biz and .org for my chosen keywords in the domain and for some reason .org always seems to rank higher for the same keyword density - just a thought!

    I wouldn't recommend going for .co domain, because from internet user surveys, internet users tend to believe that .tk, .cc, .co and .info domains mostly contain malicious software, keyloggers etc etc.

    .tv is not really relevant for your website content, so I would stick to .biz.

    However I would recommend you going for .com like everyone else. How go get a good .com? Just add "i" or "e" before your keyword phrase like this:

    Your keyword: GoodCoupons
    Your domain: iGoodCoupons.com or eGoodCoupons.com

    also, you can use "-" or add "now" or "x" at the end of your keyword phrase
