Building a Community site In Education, Help!

Ok Guys so i have been working on a community website that i plan to be free, Obviously at some point i would like to monetize certain areas of the site as extras..

I am seeking your advice to see what you think i should add to the site to attract more subscribers and any improvment you think i could make to improve conversions, sign ups and content..

Chi Force Academy

So far this is a work in progress, you get access to all the Training material on the membership website and instant access to the forum.

The training material so far has guides on aweber, wordpress, analytics and quite a few other courses... at the moment everything is free in exchange for advice on what you want to see...

I also am still working out how i want the layout of the website, critisism is openly accepted!

Can anyone make recommendations on how i could improve My site?

I would appreciate any advice you can offer

    The header, could contain the author name
    Also consider adding a twitter feed/follow to it

    My name is in the header image, is it not?

    i was trying to think how i could incorporate a like button that people would be willing to click, but my main prority was to get them to sign up first!

    Infact thats a really good point once they have signed up i could redirect them to a free offer that they can access if they click the like button! nice thinking man...... just need to work out how to do this now???

    i dont really want to add comments on registration page, or should i? Maybe i will consider this?

    Any more suggestions?
