Anyone know why this is happening??? The site just says this:

AdEngage will be shutting down on February 28, 2011

The management of AdEngage has determined to cease operations, effective as of February 28, 2011.

The AdEngage website and advertising services will no longer be available and AdEngage will not be initiating any new campaigns at this time. Campaigns already in progress will continue to their conclusion on February 28, 2011. Current users of the system will have access however to their statistics and reporting until April 30th, 2011.

Any outstanding publisher earnings above $20 will be processed on or around March 31, 2011 as a final payment. Balances remaining with existing advertisers will be refunded on or before March 31, 2011.

Thank you to our publishers and advertisers for all of your support over the years, it has been a pleasure doing business with you and we wish you the best.

I received the same email from them, looks like the business was not going very good, I was even wondering how long they managed to survive! For sure they closed because of the too many cheaters from their system and their incapacity to stop them!

i feel the service is unable to make some healthy business, that might be the reason for its shutdown...i will suggest everyone to start lookin and adopting suitable alternatives...
