Can you help identify a "local marketing" product?

8 to 12 months ago I saw a sell page for someones local marketing system.
It was different in that it focused on you being the bird dog ie as front man/lead generator then "hand them" to this marketers team who did all the work...In return you get 30% of net billing (I think--have to admit its a bit fuzzy). I think there was an option for more involvement from you.
At the time I wanted to do it all myself - but I am heading toward being overwhelmed pretty quickly .....so I want to investigate the system.
Trouble is I cant find the link or remember the name..but I believe it was someone pretty well known...it isnt Steve Claytons or Kevin Wilkes product.
Can anyone identify this and point me to a link ....if you recognize the description?
