    There isn't, at all.

But even if there were, it wouldn't be useful information.

The conversion-rates between different affiliates for the same product differ so wildly and dramatically that an "average" would really be meaningless. It all depends on the traffic, the pre-selling, and the relationships you build with people on your lists. Other people's conversion-rates would have amost no relevance at all to my business.

These days, you can "buy 10,000 clicks" of incentivised, crap traffic at fiverr.com and in other places for a few dollars. If anyone could ever access conversion-rates, it would a trivial matter for people to make mincemeat of their competitors' sales pages' conversion-rates just by sending 10,000 non-buying clicks there, wouldn't it?

It ALL depends on the quality of traffic. Period.... you can stuff 10,00 people at an offer from PPC and get 2 sales... or send 1000 targeted people from list to same offer and get 10 sales.

Well yes guys, I know it depends on the traffic. (jeez)

But I guess I'm asking about pre-sold affiliate traffic -- Affiliates who have a presale page and are sending PPC or search engine traffic to it.

is there a site that gathers data somehow and shows the hottest converting offers on CB?

And how would whatever measured this, on the sales page, know which traffic is "pre-sold affiliate traffic"?!

There's no such thing as a "hottest converting offer on CB".

They vary dramatically from affiliate to affiliate.

Even the conversion-rates of the pre-sold affiliate traffic varies dramatically from affiliate to affiliate, depending on the quality of the pre-selling, the relationships built with the people on the list and so on.

So, honestly, the answer is "no", and there couldn't possibly be, and it wouldn't be helpful anyway, and it would be wide open to being fiddled, too.

    Hi Momo

I (and i am sure everyone else) understand what you're asking. Its sometimes hard to get a solid answer on here without getting shot down.

While I do agree (with the others) that its hard to guage because of the various methods of traffic in which one affiliate may choose to use, also agree (with you, completely) that its a true fact that some offers convert light-years beyond other products, regardless of the traffic you send it (as long as its not total crap junk traffic -- btw who uses that anyway?).

So, in other words, if you took the conversion rates of a product in ALL of of its traffic sources and averaged it, you'll still find that a small portion of products perform exponentially better than others.

One site my team has started to use is CBEngine.com. We've not yet explored this too thoroughly, but it appears that you can get up and coming insider info on which is converting in the Affiliate Insider area in the "Underexposed and Gaining" area. But, like one person said, it can also be easily gamed by people who want their products promoted.

Keep pluggin away and dont worry about asking questions. We're all learning here.
