You need to do the following things:

    1) FTP the files from your old host to you computer
    2) Backup the old database
    3) Create a new database on the new hosting account
    4) Run the backup script on the new database (if the domain name is the same then you don't need to edit the script. Otherwise you need to do a search and replace on the domain name and swap out the old for new)
    5) FTP the files to the new hosting account
    6) Edit the wp_config.php file with the new database credentials.

I can do this service for you if you're interested. Just PM me.

I have just started working with a free plugin called xcloner. It apparently makes a full backup of database, files, images, posts etc and saves it somewhere on your server. Then you can restore that image to another site. Haven't tried that yet though, let me know how you go

I hear from flipping pros that many (particularly rookie) buyers would rather avoid the hosting setup chores. They suggest it's best to have a reseller hosting account so the complete site can be handed over, and you can collect s little reoccurring rent.

Hosting and site transfers are something newbies tend to look at with trepidation and anxiety, so I'd definitely throw that in as part of the package when selling a site on Flippa. You could definitely make things easier for the purchaser by offering a reseller account (and charging the associated fees which go with that), but of course not everyone will go for that. I've had good results with the WP Twin site cloner/backup tool, and this'll enable you to transfer Wordpress sites with minimal hassle.

I recommend BackupBuddy. Lets you do a full backup of your current site and restore it in a few clicks while maintaining the changed URLs.
