Setting up new forums?...

Hey everyone i just made my first website
I'm looking for the best way to set up my own forums... I've only been using go daddy website tonight hosting and the forum set up is verry limited.. So can anyone please help me out with what would the the most user freindly forums to set up?....

I want a forum set up simlaiar to this were people can post their art work and also discussions about art. Please any help would be appreciated!

    I can only vouch for VBulletin as that's all I've seen as a top level admin, but it's prett damn good. Very customizable. Maybe overkill for some projects though?
