I s anyone else interested in Deep Linking strategy

I have started to study deep linking quiet closely and I am interested to see what opinions people have about using this method.

excellentguide.com,mingleon.com and litedirectory.com are the paid directories I have experimented with so far.

It seems to me that using deep linking is a great way to build up your internal pages on a site and also helps with ranking on keywords.

    Deep linking is very important when it comes to ranking in google and becoming an authority site. Deep linking appears natural to Google.

    Alot of webmasters doing SEO on a site dont deep link and only get backlinks to the index page. This doesnt appear natural to Google.

    I find blogs the best for deep linking. they seem to generate their own deep backlinks through people linking to good posts through trackbacks and so on.
