Article Submitter Email Accounts...

I'm looking for some opinions on this one. When using article submitters (i.e. AMR, ArticleDemon, etc...) I've found it's generally a good idea to avoid using free email accounts such as gmail or yahoo mail. With emails from your own domain more article directories will accept your account creation.

My questions are:

Is it a bad idea to only use a single one of my domains to create all of my article directory accounts? Would it be better to purchase multiple domains to create accounts from?

Any advice based on personal experience would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers,

Mike

    Hello,

I'm using Article Marketing Robot as well. I think is better to use your own domain email address.

The reason is when you sign up to hundreds or thousands of articles directories, you absolutely can't control all of them. Most of them will simply not work with free email accounts such as Gmail or Yahoo mail.

I'm not sure I understand what you mean. I have an Host gator hosted domain and multiple domain names hosted on it. And I can create any numbers of email address.

I think is it a bad idea to use only one email address for all your articles directories accounts. Because first, as I said, you can create as many as you want.

Second, as I understand you have or want to have multiple accounts, I suppose you are involved in different niches. So it wouldn't be a good idea to keep exactly the same email address, so the same name for all your niches.
If you have the same name for articles about dog training niche and weight loss niche for example, I don't think this is very good for credibility.

A good tips as well when signing to hundreds of articles directories with automated software is to try to make your name as unique as possible. When I signed in with my first account, I had hundreds of failure because of that.

    Hope that help

    Thanks Sabastian,

Is it best, in your opinion, to use an email address from a domain other than the one being promoted?

I think I understand what you are after. Are you concerned with having multiple accounts at the same directories? If so...

It may be best to buy additional domain names for setting up extra article accounts, just so there's no chance of the directories cross-referencing the accounts.

This may eliminate having all of your accounts banned if one of them is shut down for any reason.

A few years ago, Myspace did exactly that to several marketers, and so did Youtube.

Truthfully, I have used GMail and Yahoo! email accounts without any problems. The only instance in which I have run into a problem is when attempting to use a GMX email account.

The reason why I am posting this, is because you never really want to have your links tracked back to a small pool of domains, (ie. @yourdomainname.com,.net,.info,etc.), unless millions of other people are using those domains as weall (ie. @gmail.com, @yahoo.com).

However, if you do need to use your own domain, make sure that you take Bruce's advice.

    Thanks guys.

Yes, Bruce, that was what I was trying to get at. Interesting about Myspace - I didn't know that...

I think I will start by getting a couple of domains and creating a few email accounts at each one. Over time, I can always scale up if I feel it's necessary.

It might be overly precautions to some, but I like the idea of limiting risk.

If your domain is dogtraining.com you can have Penname1(at)dogtraining.com or yourcompanyname(at)dogtraining.com

Then as Bruce said, if you want to create articles directory account about weight loss, it is better to buy

another domain and create a second email address Penname2(at)weighloss.com for example.

Creating multiple domains won't necessarily have any benefit. However, I would exercise caution with automated submitters. Do you use article spinners as well? If so, that may be why your articles are being declined
