Wordpress Guest Posting

When it comes to many of these big named blogs out there I have noticed many of them allow guest posting which I have taken a part in a few times.

I want to do something just like that with my blog which runs off of wordpress. Does anyone have any ideas on how to go about doing this sort of a step by step thing?

    Are you asking how to let someone post on your site or how to go about finding the guest bloggers?

    To find guest bloggers, you can just find other bloggers in your niche and just send them an email and ask them. I get a few of these offers via email myself for a niche that I am in.

    To publish their material you can go about that in a few ways.

    You can just have them email you the guest post and you input it yourself. I do this option when I first get to know the writers.

    Or you can add them as a user to your wordpress site and grant them certain privileges to the site (author/contributor/editor) depending if you trust them to publish/edit live articles or just input them as draft status until you click the approve/publish button.
