Weebly ate my website

I was doing a simple website for a friend, i have been able to access is previously. Now however it is down, and i can't access the admin backend. For all intents it looks like it has just disappeared forever.

I thought Weebly was a "good" site, my cust svc request remains unanswered for weeks.

Anyone have similar experiences?

      Free. It was just a little website for a friend, now it does not seem to exist nor can we get into the account area.

      I told her to write off the loss, but I was wondering of other warriors experienced similar things.

        I must say I've found Weebly's support outstandingly good, myself. And I'm always a "problem customer" because I'm a technophobic incompetent and require more customer support than most people would.

        But I have an upgraded (paid) account, and I have heard elsewhere that their technical support for free accounts is not so hot.
