How To Write An Effective Pre-sales Page?!

lol ok guys, assuming that my traffic is somewhat relevant to my product (i.e. ppl searching for dog obedience training and im selling a guide on dog obedience training).

I get around 30-40 views daily on my website but no conversion. Now I noticed that I tend to sell a product rather than anything but I guess thats not what im supposed to do since im promoting a product.

Anyone here can help me on how to write an effective pre-sales page???? I would really appreciate it, thanks!

    Also, use Google Analytics to check the average time your visitors are spending on your site .. you want to see them spending a few minutes on your site
