Attraction Marketing: Don't make the same mistakes I did!

Hi Guys,

In the past 12 months I have been able to earn a Six Figure Income online and in February this year I achieved my dream of escaping the rat race. I now work from home and I am free to travel the world and live life to the absolute maximum. I absolutely love it!

For the first 3 years I had huge challenges with my investing and I want to share my experience with everyone so that hopefully you wont make the same mistakes that I did!

Name an investment strategy and I have tried it! Dozens of Network Marketing Companies, MLM, Clickbank, Affiliates, etc, etc. For 3 years I went from opportunity to opportunity trying to find leads for my business and earn some money. I approached friends and family, did home presentations, taste testing and called literally thousands of leads. It took me 3 years of failure to finally realise that I was doing everything completely WRONG!

I have learnt that the key to a successful business is building relationships, providing massive value, over delivering and then introducing opportunity. I was skipping the first 3 steps and going straight for the sale! I am sure many of you can relate to this!

Imagine going on a first date with someone and then asking them to marry you. This is the same as asking for a sale on the first meeting with our prospects!!!

When I changed my approach and started adding massive value to my prospects everything started to turn around and people were drawn to my business like a magnet. It is called 'Attraction Marketing' and believe me, it works and it works fast!

Ask yourself this question: How can I build quality relationships, over deliver and provide massive value to my leads and prospects? When you start using Attraction Marketing your business will explode with growth and take you to a whole new level!

Don't make the same mistakes that I did guys!

Good question!

This comes down to researching your niche market and finding out exactly what your customers really want. For Example: One of my niche markets is Personal Development. This is a huge industry and there are literally thousands of fantastic programs and products that we can promote. Instead of trying to pitch these products to our customers on the first visit I offer loads of Free Content and information on my website where there is no obligation to buy.

I have a huge collection of Free Ebooks that can be downloaded, Inspiring Videos, Songs, Quotes, etc. All of these are easy to put together. Many of the Personal Development Ebooks are public domain and free to download. There are thousands of Inpsiring Videos and Songs on You Tube. There is also an abundance of Free Quotes online. It just took me the time to put all of this together in a central location. To download the Free Ebooks my prospects enter their email address and then I offer more free value with a 5 part mini course, links to free dvd's, seminars, wealth creation strategies, videos, etc via a series of autoresponders.

I also have a Blog with regular posts on Personal Development and Investing Strategies. I believe the key is delivering so much value and content that you will build lifetime relationships with your prospects and then also benefit from referrals in the future.

I am not aware of a central location for Public Domain books but I am sure there would be.

I just googled each of the classics such as Think and Grow Rich, Science of Getting Rich, Richest Man in Babylon, etc. You can download each of these instantly and then offer them as freebies on your site.

Another strategy is to rewrite the classics and add extra content complete with all of your affiliate links. You then give it away for free and it is a great way to spread the word about your products and opportunities.

Imagine a guy with the looks of Brad Pitt, the charisma of Barack Obama, the fortune of Warren Buffet and the IQ of Stephen Hawkings. Tell me of one chick that wouldn't marry him in the first date, LOL.

But for us, mortal, puny humans, you are absolutely right. Building a healthy relationship and overdelivering to your clients is the key for huge and lasting success. Anyone can make some bucks being a scammer or providing poor services but real money and success need something else. Great post!

I think it all comes down to one simple law and Zig Ziglar sums it up perfectly 'If we help enough people get what they want, we will get what we want by default'. We must provide masssive value and deliver products and services that far exceed the monetary value.

I believe Giving to others and Contribution to Society takes us to a whole new level of health, wealth and happiness. We must first give in order to receive. This is a Universal Law just like the Law of Attraction.

Brad's got it right on the money. I was tired of promoting scammy products that really didn't add much to society, which is when I decided to use all my talents to really build something that can help people make their lives easier!

I think branding ourselves as Internet Marketing Professionals and promoting quality products to our customers is the key. Referral business from happy customers is one of the best marketing strategies available to us!

Great topic Brad. I myself have been studying Attraction Marketing for quite a bit of time now and you have hit the nail right on the head

Trying to push products does exactly that, it pushes customers away from you quicker than you can imagine. The internet is moving towards a relationship building society. Miss this rule at your peril.

If you brand yourself and position yourself as a leader by providing massive value, people follow you, buy from you and recommend you to others. Attraction Marketing is very powerful. Mike Dillard has put out a book called Magnetic Sponsoring which focuses on this exact topic.
