free downloadable product, not free?

it supposed to be the first, of a series, and the hope is to give each one away, and have the links used through out. Sounds simple enough, and done often, but when i uploaded it to my payloadz account they would not allow for a free disbursement. does anyone have an idea how to create a free downloadable product?

    I am assuming you are producing this product or series of products?

    Why not just upload them to your site - and then give out the links as necessary.

    prolly b/c i'm not sure how to do that and offer a link or create a downloadable link... i'm still new to the website development stuff havn't learned that one yet

    heck i can't even get a list box on my site, i'm really falling behind i guess... i'll play w/ the sites a bit, and see if i can figure it out. thanks for the suggestion.

    ok what i'm thinking now is to just post them as a part of a blog, and find some kind of list building tool - free for the moment - and set up to email more that way... i can't seem to figure out how to get the books into a downloadable link on my own site

    If you create a folder on your website called - say "GivesYou" then upload your file(s), ebook(s) which you want to give away.

    Then simply create a link to

    http://www.CatrinasSite.com/GivesYou/FreeBook1.html

    (just change the names accordingly).

    Using those links in a blog would be a good idea.
