The people looking to snag the fast bucks and the people who are willing to work for peanuts write like that.

No self-respecting professional writer would ever create anything like that.

I use Fiverr for many things but not for content on articles and blogs. I come from the school of thought that if you pay peanuts you get monkeys

If you have a descent budget and want quality content, you might want to try out my VA - Carolyn at theargot@gmail.com. Been doing all my content for close to 4 years - tell her I sent you as she takes clients only by reference.

Wow that's pretty horrible lol. On the flipside as an article writer myself, I get potential clients trying to haggle the price down on a daily basis.

I typically charge $1.50 - $2.50 per 100 words (depending on a number of factors), but probably 8 clients out of 10 that contact me always say "Well I can get a writer in singapore for less than half that!".

My response is typically, "Go right ahead, when you get your article back in broken English and are willing to pay for quality content you know where to find me."

You get what you pay for. The same goes for SEO, link building, or pretty much any other kind of service.

You wanna pay $10 for 100,000 backlinks? Go for it, enjoy your Google ban for getting a flood of crap links suddenly.

You think paying somebody in Pakistan $5 for a guaranteed #1 spot on Google for a keyword that will bring you $100,000/month will work out? Sorry, but you're in for a huge let down.

Well you are only out five dollars. I would start outsourcing your articles to more professional writers. I'm not sure 99 cent articles is the best way to go. I got a .04 cent a word rate from a writer on Elance, but the articles were well written and delivered the next day.

If you don't learn your lesson, at least keep sharing these funny articles.

If only the person's English was good, it might be a decent article.

Like someone else said, I don't think they all are that bad. I've heard of so many people outsourcing with good results.

I truly feel for people everywhere trying to make money. It seems like the person was dedicated enough, but lacking a good understanding of the language enough to do a decent job.

That article wasn't written - just spun from someone else's article. If you are paying a buck an article - you can expect some stuff like that. If you paid $5 for that one article, you were had.

"Well I can get a writer in singapore for less than half that!".

Aside from 99 cents, did you give the writer a case of beer? He seemed drunk when he wrote that. For an article with 300-350 words, $6-$8 is not that bad for each (that would be the cheapest)

wow, and i thought my writing sucked...... Lol....I cant believe i charge so less...and people are willing to pay 5 bucks for this!!

Even though i make grammatical mistakes sometimes, at least i correct them if needed.

Even if it was just 5 bucks, you could have disapproved the providers final submission and opted for a refund. He is basically selling garbage to you. You have 14 days before his cash clears, You should definitely ask the service provider for a full refund. Dont let guys like these hustle you.

I found one of my articles the other day and found out someone used "the best spinner" and just clicked the synomyns button to make it unique.

They didnt even read the article as it made no sense what so ever.

They also removed my urls from the article and they appeared to add lots of articles to their sites yet their website wasn't even on the same subject.

I'm sure that it will hurt their reputation and their visitors will just leave

I think, everyone -- who refuses to acknowledge the quality work and pay for it accordingly -- must to see it. Perhaps, he realizes that this kind of 'article' does him more harm than good.

As a writer, I can say that your statement is completely off-base. It really looks like this is what trying to get as much writing for as little money as possible will get you. Try finding a full-time writer who will do the work for a fair rate and I guarantee you'll receive higher quality work.

I think I've cracked this one - it's not a spun article, it's been written in a foreign language and then 'done' (I would not use the word 'translated') into English with Google Translate.

The phrasing is eerily similar to Serbian, which I know very well, or it could be Croatian, or probably any Slavic language like Russian etc. Although the word 'prima' appearing in there might be another language, as that is not from a Slavic language.

Either way, there's another abuse of Google Translate, I am pretty sure of it.
