Foreigner owned LLC

Is it possible for a foreigner to create/buy/own a LLC in the United States? That's something I was thinking to do on the far future, but I don't know if one can do it from another country by hiring a lawyer in USA.

Yes/No/Only having american citizenship?

    Yes, it's posible to create and own a LLC or Corp in USA.

    Really, don't needed to use attorneys for that. It's very single and there are many services that do it online.

    You can await a tag price over U$S 400 for corp/llc formation, and around 2000 if it include an american bank account opening service (it's becuase you are not an US citizen. It's much more easy and cheap for them)

    If I'm not mistaken a foreigner can establish an LLC in the U.S. but not a corporation. Again, not 100% sure on the latter but I remember coming across it. A simple Google search will give you the answers you're looking for.

    Nice to know that. One of the reasons of America success is the ease that entrepeneurs have to start their business. Very unlike some other countries where a lethargic and stupid state only cares about their bureaucracy and taxes.
