I'm thinking of offering a free wso, and was wondering if it can be available for the public as well or is it restricted to the warrior forum only.

    The rules say a WSO must give a better deal to Warriors than you're giving to the general public... so if you're giving it away free here, you'd have to be charging the public.

    Or you can give it away free here first, and give it away free to the public later.

    Or you can give it away free to everybody, but include some extra bonuses in the WSO that the public doesn't get...

    Or something like that, you get the idea.
