Hi Warriors,

I got a website that's been on air for like 1 month and a half right now.
I got more than 80 articles on it, and I have been posting these articles to several article directories. I bought 2 times 10.000 backlinks. But I only get like 3-4 visitors a day, what am I doing wrong?

My website is: http://laurensfacebook.com

    First Hello

Hey all backlinks are not created equal.
Also depends on what the competition level is that you competing in the search engines for.
All you have is laurens facebook which may not be a trafficed keyword.
Also your articles are they yours or written by someone else? If so that may be a factor. Plus your site doesn't tell me really what it does. See mine and others for a perspective.

You are all over the map.

What is your expertise? Why would I google and find your site? What are your specific keywords you were trying to rank for? What words were used on that backlink package???

Are you targeting specific keywords in your articles? Ones that you can rank for in Google? Your domain name laurensfacebook surely isn't a keyword - it should be a keyword niche itself that can rank in Google. Something that people are searching for with little good competition.

Also, are you backlinking your articles?
It won't matter IMO. There are so many different niches covered there, and some are highly competitive - that unless she hones in focus on a specif area I don't see this site ever getting any ranking.

With that being said, it does not need to rank to make money, but with too many things going on the guests will get easily distracted and wind up buying nothing.

Throughout the early 1900′s Nikola Tesla works intently upon developing his electrical technology in his laboratory in Colorado Springs. His produces such high voltages and currents with his electrical devices that sparks fly about the lab while from the antenna thick blue lightning streaks upwards 100 feet into the sky and thunder claps are heard over 15 miles away. It was one of the great inventor Nikola Tesla’s crowning achievements man-made lightning.
This could be written better. If I was looking for information on Tesla, this paragraph would have made me click away.

My guess is that the 20k backlinks aren't doing anything for you. Packages like those are usually low quality links meant for the purpose of feeding your 2nd tier backlinks (e.g. article directory submissions). If you send those links directly to your site, they won't have any noticeable effect on SEO ranking (you may even be penalized!) and no effect on direct visitor traffic.

Backlinks and search results do not go hand in hand. Backlinks can help your page rank which has very little to do with search results (serps)
Solution: learn basic keyword research and optimise you on page factors first before you build backlinks. Google will penalise you for paid backlinks. Did you buy the backlinks?
Keywords in the heading, permalink, sub headings opening sentence and last sentence help. Also highly related key phrases or long tail keywords which include your main keyword will help. Is your content 100% unique?
Your content needs to be higly relevant to your main URL(domain name) and overall topic of your site
