can anyone recommend Affiliate Tracking software that will do this?

Hi everyone
we have a business opportunity that we are going to promote via affiliates. The payout for affiliates will be approx £300 per sale. The problem is that most of the sales will come in via the phone or face to face so my question is, is there an affiliate tracking system that will track sales made by telephone or face to face. We know that affiliates could easily sell this business in a box (Non IM related) and they could make serious money but tracking the sales is the problem.

Any Ideas

    I don't know of an affiliate network that does this but by far the best way of tracking it is to issue all affiliate with a discount code.

    Eg if the product costs $500 set the price to $1000 and have all affiliates give their customers a 50% discount code.

    The customer quotes it over the phone and you know who to credit for the sale.

    Works like crazy in tons of offline markets like restaurants etc.

      harrydog, I argee with Andy Fletcher, coupons is the way to go.

      What you do is generate coupons in your shopping cart and import them into your affiliate software (Post Affiliate Pro has this feature). Then coupon codes are distributed to your affiliates - the software knows which affiliate got which coupon.

      The affiliate takes the coupon code and gives it to the potential customer (prints a flyer if you designed one or just gives the code).
      The customer goes to your website/brick-and-mortar shop/calls you and quotes the coupon code. The customer gets let's say 5-10% off.

      The order info gets into Post Affiliate Pro and the software looks up the coupon code, finds the affiliate the coupon belongs to and creates a commission for the affiliate.

      I's that simple - no cookies, no affiliate links. Let me know if you need more info on this solution.
