Outsourcing
I have just started outsourcing links to some people on Odesk but am running into a few problems. Several of the people that I have hired are building poor quality links and I feel that I am wasting my time as I give them a large amount of time and instruction only for them not to listen and for my efforts to be largely wasted.
Can anyone recommend me a someone that they have used in the past to build links for them in one way or another? Would really appreciate the advice!
