Bloggers: Would You Care To Take A Survey?

I've got a theory I'm kicking around, and I'd to ask those of you who do blogging on a regular basis (ie several posts per week) a couple of questions:

1. Do you allow and or have any outbound links (links going to other domains) besides the paid stuff like adsense? Also, if you do, are they dofollow, nofollow, or both?

2. How has your traffic and seo rankings fared in the last month? Also, can you give me a percentage of increase, and has it been out of the ordinary?

Your answers will help confirm or destroy my theory...so please be honest...and thanks in advance for the info.

    Just to help you out some here is some information for you. I have several regular blogs that I update through out the week. Anyway I allow outbound links of both types no follow and do follow. Honestly none of my blogs have had any spikes or decreases in traffic and my SEO positions have all remained about the same.
