You can find what you want to know here:
    Wild West Domains
You can buy domains from your own site at a reduced rate.

Wildwestdomains and godaddy are the same thing.
They just use one domain for reselling.

I can't find from the wildwestdomains site:

          1. How much 'commission' will i get for each domain that i sell? Or what is the reduced price i will get before i can sell to others?
          2. Can we setup the price ourselves? or we need to follow the price guide by wildwest domains?

I would think that you could buy from your own reseller site, as long as you use a proxy to complete your orders.

You could also check out the TOS for Godaddy reseller accounts.

We need to use proxy? That means it is 'illegal' ?

The price you pay for domains as a reseller depends on the type of reseller account you have. You can set the prices at which you sell domains.

You can buy domains through your own account. That is one of the reasons I opened a reseller account.

If you are not finding all you need to know on the site, contact their support with your questions.

Also, for about $89 a year GD sells a bulk domain purchasing account so your cost for renewals with them goes from $11 + down to about $7.50 or so. If you have a lot of domains that $89 easily pays for itself.
