Exclusive vs PLR articles

A couple of questions I'd like to ask about.

When you buy PLR content - do you pay attention to how many packages are sold?
Do you buy PLR articles to resell, use on websites you're building, or to resell?

For personal use, on your own websites, what is your ratio of PLR articles to ones you've written yourself? or to ones that you've contracted?

Do people still use PLR articles these days? I would imagine their uses (on the web) would be quite limited what with google mostly ignoring duplicate content.
I suppose you could use them in article spinners or whatnot.

PLR to resell is a hard find. The good stuff, in most cases, doesn't allow you to resell it as is. The crap stuff has been given and sold far too many times already.

I don't usually care about the number of packages sold as I am going to change things up anyways.

I use them as content, research, and parts of products.

I still sell a good deal of original PLR, however I limit mine to 10 copies. However when I buy PLR it is just used for easy research and topic ideas. From there I would take that PLR and create 100% unique content.

When I buy PLR I recreate it before selling it and I really don't pay attention to how many licenses are being sold (something tells me most of the PLR sellers are using false scarcity, I can be wrong though but I am just paranoid).

To me, the only reason to really worry about whether PLR articles are limited or not is if you intend to just post them as is without making any changes. Since that isn't anything that I would do, it isn't an issue for me.
