What if I find a WSO proof is fake, and prove it..??

Hey Warriors.

Have a little question out there.

What if I find a lucrative WSO, and there's a video/screenshot of earning proof. But I find that it is somehow manipulated. I go out in the field, and prove that the proof is all fake.

Now, if the OP reports my post, will be given an infraction? Or banned? Or will the dispute be open for public discussion straight in the WSO thread?

Just wondering.

I have PM'd you about this. One of you is getting an extended ban. If your allegations can't be proved, it's you. And what you had offered as "evidence" so far was most unconvincing.

If you make a claim like this about someone, be prepared for backlash if you can't prove it. If you prove it conclusively, you get the thanks of a lot of people.

I won't mention the seller by name, but that's being dealt with.

For the record... Karan was correct. He spotted yet another instance of faked income screenshots. The seller is the one who eventually provided conclusive proof.

      Thanks, Karan.

As you've seen, there's a different alternative. I handle it privately, so as little damage as possible is done to whoever may be innocent in the discussion. We don't want people scamming the members, and we also don't want legitimate sellers being harmed by spurious allegations.

It's not always possible to get the whole truth, but this time... Yeah. I see no room for reasonable doubt.

Edit: On the "reasonable doubt" front: The seller admitted it. Claimed the changes were very small, and made to keep part of the method secret, for future offers. But they insisted throughout the process that they had not modified the income claim screen shot at all, so I remain unconvinced they were telling the truth when there was finally no way to deny it.

I don't know if those claims are true or not, but withholding part of the method used to make the income mentioned was, even if the claims are true, deceptive. And I'm not willing to make that bet for other people here.

Do me a favor, folks. Scroll up to the top of this thread and hit the Thanks button for Karan. He showed me some interesting tricks for spotting faked income shots, which I will be sharing with the other moderators as soon as I get them typed up.

One more tool for rooting out the scammers.
