Auto blogging from my folder

Hello,

I need help, I have several folder of unique contents, I want to upload it in my WP sites, the main problem is that I don't want to new post by copying each content.

Is there any tools or softwares by which I can upload all of my contents (in a folder) in a single time, so that I can save time and effort.

Well, filezilla, but problem is that where should I put the contents in my phpMyadmin or else where.

I am using Wordpress sites.

P.S. : I don't want to destroy if I am not suitable to handle Mysql.
