Just found someone copying ALL my articles...Advice?

If some of the original article I posted that are on my website, are also on Ezine, ABase etc...Other people have the right to use said articles as well, right?
They have to link back to the source though, correct?
This person has copied everything, withouth referencing who & where he got it from.

It is on a free Blogger blog. Shall I file a complaint to Google?
Advice?

I'm a fan of shoving a nuclear missile up their butt

Complain to Blogger, they should have some kind of abuse email or form you can fill out.

They don't have to link to the source, and even if they did it would be a generic link to the article directory and not necessarily your page. They might not have to tell where they got the article from either, though it should leave you set as the author (depends on the directory)

They do have to keep the resource box links in place though.

You can try contacting the person who owns the page, and if that is not possible then contact google.

Or you could always just start including links back to your own blog in your posts. Then you're getting backlinks for free and google see's you as the source.

Not allowed in msot article directories, so not really an option...

This is actually a good idea.

When you submit an article to the article directories, you can't do this, but you can on your own blog. Interlink your blog post with other similar articles, and barring that just link it to the same page or your home page.

If you look at my PLR store, I do things that way and I'm not facing near the risk of having people steal my site content.

I guess this would only apply if someone was hijacking your feed and automatically publishing it on a blog.

Here you go, fill out this form: Contact Us - Google Help

That's Google's "somebody stole my content and posted it on blogger!" form.

I say just take the feller out back and shoot'em...

On a serious note, I would start by contacting the publisher directly with a polite but firm request to remove the content or add the resource box.

If that don't get through to them fill this out:
    Contact Us - Google Help

Then get their contact info and serve them up a DMCA notice. It's easy to find templates... here: Google

Here's all the technical stuff about DMCA

I think you'll find more times than not, sending the initial message will get the job done

I had a similar thing happen to me where someone blatantly used lots of my content, didn't even attempt to change any wording at all and no link back to me at all.

I contacted this person and firmly asked that they remove ALL the content that did not belong to them otherwise I would be taking further action.

They did not reply to me but promptly removed all my material and lots of other stuff they had up there as well. Obviously chancing their arm, not just with me but others as well because after writing to them, their site was almost empty....

It is annoying, but people do it and will always do it, I would just always like to give them a chance just in case they are completely new!!!!

I noticed a lot of the sites these articles are on are small adsense sites, in which a lot of them you can't even post a comment or contact anyone....
What am I supposed to do if they are wrod press blogs? What can Google possibly do about this?
There are around 2-3 sites not referecning me for each article.
    That's a lot of claims.
Am I going to lose that much business to these scums?
I don't want to get into any legal battles, or for people to start throwing stuff at my blog...
Should I take the hit and leave it? Or put up a fight?

It's quite possible that the blog owner just has some really crappy scraping software and doesn't even know who you are. He's never seen your site and didn't do anything but turn on his autoblogging software. Contact him/her and tell them that you don't mind them using your content and giving you full credit and a link back to your blog. But you have a problem with them simply stealing your work and posting it as their own "original" content. We're talking about a free Blogger blog here. That's not a savvy, experienced marketer out to rule the world and steal your stuff. That's a sixteen year old girl who used her fast food earnings to buy a $67.00 autoblogging package with free auto-posting software. The software stole your stuff because it was good, keyword-rich content that added value to your niche. Fill out the complaint form and contact the blog "owner" (Google owns that blog). The articles you submit are just out there, but folks can't just jack your blog postings. Don't let them think they can. And keep up the quality, value-adding article submits and posts.

To blog or not to blog? That is the question!

I would first contact the person that is running the blog and find out if they will do the right thing and include your resource box with the links you used like they are supposed to. If they don't reply within a certain amount of time or do not comply, then file the complaint.

Well, I guess something great has happened out of something lightly irritating... I really wasn't that upset about the tainted syndication since I thought whoever was doing it was rather desperate, however something really nice has stemmed from this whole episode.

I contacted one of the people who were using my content. This person had a rather developed site, and it seemed he had a big thing going.
I wrote him a nice firm email, not too harsh, not too forgiving. I explained that what he did was wrong, and could potentially get his site penalized, if he didn't remove/redecorate...
Simply put, I got a HUGE return.
He put links in all the articles, commended me as a writer, on his site's authors page, and has offered me to post a unique article once a week in exchange for more links. I don't know if the latter is worth my time, however I definitely see the benefits of other people using my personal content. I get more links, more recognition, and more power&visitors, which is what this is all about.
I would say that if this happens to you, don't freak out, as I did at first. Take a moment to chill, relax, and try to utilize the opportunity to your advantage.

Warriors, thanks for your advice so far, you definitely help me deal with this.
I'm wondering what I should do now, regarding the other sites, as many of them don't have contact pages. I'm not sure how benefitial it would be for me to report the sites...

I would contact the person who manages the blog and in the event that there was no response from them file a complaint to Google.

I'm glad to see you got favorable results. I've had this situation also when submitting to several article directories. If the offending site did not respond or if I had no way to contact them I just let it go. I had far more sites keeping my links intact than offenders. I figured the content they lifted from me would be treated as duplicate content and not unique to their site.

jmo... hope it all works out well for you!

How did you find out about the stolen articles being used in the first place?

I noticed that some article I had a writer whip up for me was simply something he ripped of some directory....thieving ba**ard....
Anyway, I figured I would check the other articles on my site, and sure enough, many sites were using my content. Some linked back to me, some did not. I am only chasing the more established ones... I figured I won't get penalized for syndicated content, and the links could help me in the long run, so I brokered a deal with the guy. He told me he really wanted to keep the articles, so I had him give me something of high value in return.
If you do get syndicated, it's definitely worth buying articles from other writers. Since I usually write my own stuff, even better. With all the fear and doubt lately of article marketing becoming obsolete, I think it really is worth spending the extra 3-5$ to buy yourself a qaulity article, rather than the run of the mill 5$ content. Of course there are exceptions, however it seems as if good content really can yield a high return.
None the less, having other people do it without your permission or unaccordingly is never fun, but just try to turn the tables around.

LOL, let them have it.... they can deal with unoriginal content penalties, if they really exist.

Nothing you can REALLY do about it, that would make sense to do. Just focus on YOUR work.

I'd just be happy someone liked my work enough to steal it. Spend your energies on making money, not policing of the web. But that's just my unorthodox opinion.
