Creating an affiliate program is pretty simple you can set it up through clickbank and they will prettymuch handle everything for you apart from creating your promotional materials. You can also use paydotcom, commision junction, etc... If your looking for software the one I use is John Delevera's Fantasos but it is expensive. You can get hosted accounts for a monthly fee of $47-$97 Having an affiliate program is not a waste of time; they do the work on getting people to buy your product and all they ask in return is a commision but you didn't have to do anything extra to make the sale plus the customer that comes from affiliates becomes your customer and you can market to them in the future. You should create some promotional materials for your affiliates ie. follow up e-mails, articles, banners, ppc ads, etc.. There is a lot of good free information on how to set up an affiliate program, just search google. |
