We now live in an information age where the Information infrustracture is extremely cheap.
Cloud computing can provide huge amount of space and IT infrastructure without needing to manage the servers, cables and wires. The web based applications and hosted applications are more popular and cost effective than installed applications.
Internet is super fast and there is no need of programmers or internet engineers because these have become so monopolized.
Now what is really scarce is quality data and information in to the system. People who will input the information on to the web are more likely to get rich.
Giving away free information attract visitors. Text is the marketing part of the game. The video tutorials is the sales part of the game.
Telecommuters work better than office workers.
Research shows that people who work from home, coffee shops are more creative in their job and less likely to become bored.

so...I think in the near future there will be no big offices.

All the business will start hiring telecommuting virtual workers who will use technologies like Skype, Google Apps and other software tools to get work done from their bedroom or starbuck

You think there will be no big offices in the future? I strongly disagree.

There is a huge percentage of people who can not work or even hardly function off their own motivation. They have to be pressured by boss and rigid schedule to accomplish things.

Even so...all the huge corps like google will still have huge office buildings...

Either way, the percentage of people who work from home, freelancers, affiliates, independent contractors etc. will always be a minority.

There is still a large portion of the civilized world that does not know how to attach a file to an email.

I don't understand the object of this post really, but I will say that there will always be huge offices full of cubicles and no amount of telecommuters will change that.
