From $7k A Month To $20k

OK lets just cut the BS...

I have a two niche businesses pulling in 3.5k a month. Well one does like 4k and the other 3k.

total 7k per month...give or take!

Anyway...

I am not happy with this and want to take it to the next level. say 20k per month!

I am frustrated at the moment and want to brainstorm with you smart little cookies and fish for some ideas.

So what would you do to ramp this up??? Was anyone in this situation and brokethrough that next price level bracket... cheers!!

Maybe its the market your in?

Are you cross selling products? Have a product backend?

Offering high end coaching/consulting services?

More advertising and leads?

Start co-operating with other site owners in the same niche to swap promotions, backlinks.

Add a forum or membership site.

without looking at your existing sites/niches it is difficult to be more specific

Leverage. That's always the key. Leverage. For internet marketers, that usually means JVs (joint ventures). You obviously have a product that sells. Now, you just have to expose it to a wider audience. I suggest looking for someone with a huge list and setting up an email sales letter, pushing new customers your way. Good luck!

This was going to be my suggestion. Maybe you can also look into advertising in an e-zine or maybe private or group coaching?

Maybe you need to create a higher level product? Say a $97 or $147 or $497 depending on your sales funnel.

Group coaching at $497 x 10 clients a month per niche would get you to 17k, closer to the 20k, so maybe 15 clients from each niche?

This. Whats to stop you from paying someone to manage the other sites while you build 4 more that do the exact same thing.

have you considered looking up relevant offline niche publications for possible syndication opportunities to get in front of their readers? Too many people focus solely on the internet when it comes to article marketing.

Gerald, you could expand your product funnel with more related (and higher-priced) products, and also flesh out the top end by offering personal coaching and/or live events.

Of course, the other way to go about it would be to expand into other lucrative evergreen niches, and employ the same exact strategy that has been so successful for you with your present sites!

Joint ventures are an awesome place to leverage.

I don't know, but you might also want to create a high quality product and sell if you're interested. You could expand on your method and all. But if your product is good, you get good reviews, and people will flock to them. There's a hidden reason too about why gurus produce products every few months and JV

Try to add a complementary business. If you succeed, it's good, if you fail, your main business won't be affected.
