I have applied for several programs through CJ, but I always get the same answer: Sorry, your application was not approved.

And I haven't got the slightest clue why.

Is it hard to get approved at CJ? Could something be wrong with my registration/application? Or is it just the way it is?

Be sure you have your account settings for each domain name showing the catagory and a good description of each.

There are a few reasons you might get turned down: your site isn't the right catagory for the affiliate, you don't have a lot of content, you don't get a lot of traffic, your website account settings on CJ doesn't show your sites to be related to what you are applying for, etc.

I get accepted for almost everything I apply for there, but I also have about 120 sites in loads of catagories.

    Hope this helps.....

i usually get approved, but I guess it depends on a lot of things. Whether your site is related or your location. I noticed that some US based companies tend to reject my application since I don't reside in the US.

Here is a thread that addresses your question. You can also google to find some other answers.

Basically, make sure you have a site that conforms to the CPA networks guidelines, and call the affiliate manager if you have any problems.

Yeah, sometimes it is best to try to actually try to talk to the affiliate manager. Once they get a feel for you and what you are trying to accomplish they will help you. They are really there to help you make money.

Try different merchants. just because one of them rejected your application doesn't mean another will.
