HELP! All my Clickbank affiliate links have [affiliate = none] in the CB Order Page

Hi Warriors,

I was checking one of my CB affiliate links and I noticed that on the order page, what once was [affiliate=myownCBID] has become now [affiliate=none].

I then checked all my other CB affiliate links and they're all [affiliate=none].
This got me panicking. I tried this in both Firefox and IE, the results are the same.

I was wondering if I could PM one of my affiliate links to any of you guys to check if my CB nickname (ID) is intact on your part?

Could a virus have caused this?

I tested on other CB nicknames, and the result is still [affiliate=none], no matter what CB nickname I chose.

I hope it's just my computer's fault.

  If this was done by a hacker, he should have his affiliate ID on the order page. But it says [affiliate=none].

  I've been having the same problem and have emailed Clickbank twice now. The first time I got a reply saying they have new links and possibly the older links were not working. WRONG! I was signing up for a new promotion - new product - and when I checked before going ahead with the promotion, I got the affiliate=none on the order page. I checked one of my older websites links and got the same for one Clickbank product - but for the second product I did see my nickname in the address bar. Now I must make time to check all my links - and maybe change the products out of Clickbank into CJ or some other product network.
  Does anyone have a way to check that links are working other than seeing your nickname on the order page - or buying your own promotion!? Clickbank hasn't responded to my second email.

Did you install, turn on or was a firewall updated on your pc?
Did you install, turn on or update a spyware protection program?

Nope, I didn't do anything regarding firewall. As for spyware protection, I often update Malwarebytes and Spybot. But I've been doing that for years, and there's no problem before.

Spybot used to block clickbank, maybe it started again or maybe something else started to block it.

Thanks, guys. So that explains everything. Whereas in the past, I would check my affiliate link before updating Spybot, now I updated and scanned with Spybot first before checking my affiliate link.

After restarting my computer, my affiliate ID is back again. Thanks for everything.

I gave up on spybot. Everytime it updated itself, I'd be back to square one, not able to access certain sites.

It's all working fine for me so it is probably your own computer.

I don't know what spybot is but I think that might be what is causing this.

I posted about the same problem on another thread the other day. I was able to get the affiliate link to how again by removing CLKBNK from the Spybot list....also emailed CLIKBNK and received a completely lame response - after 2 days!
