the PERFECT affiliate program?

I'm getting ready to launch an affiliate program.

I'm looking at hasoffers, shareasale, some software and few others.

My question is to those who have experience in setting up and running an affiliate program from scratch.

What are the blindspots? What are the things you Know now only because you made it through to a successful launch. I search the forum and most post were left wanting. All response are welcomed your response might be the one that makes this another WF success story.

I'm pretty open to everything and planning to give a good commission to all you super affiliate or super affiliates to be PM to be put on the list when we launch.(did I violate TOS or something just now, it feels like it or maybe I need the facilities)

    I know you would never promote my product but take a look at the kind of information I provide my affiliates by visiting 20k Leveling Guide

    I've got keywords, prewritten emails, blog posts, tutorials, numbers, testimonials and most important of all: an autoresponder with 13+ emails for new affiliates to learn the ropes as well as give timely information to old timers.

        Haha good one.

        Regarding affiliate management I do the majority of the work. For other parts of my business I outsource like crazy. If you're talking about the design and images well I did outsource those.

    I have heard that hasoffers is a good program but my network( the one I promote not own) just switched off Hasoffers to direct tracking. This seems to work best.
