I need a membership site script

I use these sites when I need scripts.

php.resourceindex.com
hotscripts.com

All those sites have scripts that start at Free and up.

If you're serious about creating a membership site go with Amember. It's $179. It gives you lots of options, addons and plugins... which make it quite complicated.

If that's a problem for you, you can try David Moskovitz's turnkey Amember+WordPress package. I haven't tested it though.

Hey Rich,

Big Mike has the following script that will absolutely do what you want with little or no hassle. It is so much more than a membership script.

I currently have 2800 subscribers and counting. It has a low learning curve and frankly I'm the most techie challenged guy on this forum. If I can use it and make money with it every month, then anyone can.

Hi Rich,

Depending on what sort of membership site you need, you can check out DLGuard from Sam Stephens and Simple Member Pro from Johnny Slater.

We've used both and Johnny's currently running a special for Simple Member Pro in the WSO section here.

If you want to manage all of your sites from one installation in a central location John Delavera's JVManager is the way to go; version 1 can be got for $97 or less. This version no longer being developed but it still one heck of a script.

Version 2 (Fantasos) is awsome but very expensive, PM me and I'll tell you how to get it for "free"

If you mean that you can sell a hosted account for some dollars
that's another scenario but please do not give the impression to
this forum that anyone can PM you for getting Fantasos for free.

I'd appreciate it if you deleted or edited your answer.

I use a script called iSubscribe that I've integrated with WordPress so that I can give access to people for individual posts, a whole category of posts, non-Wordpress content etc.

It does take a bit of configuring to work with WordpPress, but as a standard memberships site script it's pretty cool and dead easy to set up. Integrates with PayPal subscriptions 'out of the box' and I've now added my own PayDotCom integration to my setup as well.

Hello Warriors:

I want to be able to do the following:
1. Send a digital download page to my customer upon immediate receipt of their payment (paypal). I current do this quite succesfully with e-junkie. I have used scripts in the past but they have not been completely reliable at delivering to my customer.
2. Create a memberhsip site with a free area and an upgrade to a paid for area (be it for a one off payment of a recurring payment)
I have been searching the forum to find advice regarding software/script to use. It seems that aMember is an "industry standard" and DLGuard gets a top rating from you guys.

Will DLGuard allow free and paid for areas on the same website and is it reliable at delivering one-off digital downloads?

I have read various sales sites for the scripts and one that seems to have it all at a reasonable price is: Viral Mini Sites especially as it seems to have an affiliate management option . Does anyone have any experience of this it? What I think would be most useful is for the scripts to give examples of their users website showing the script in action.
