DO you just put the optin on Squeeze page or do you also try to sell your product ?

I want to build a list with my optin but do I also try to sell my actual Product on the Squeeze page? Wouldnt that be distrating and take away from my optin ?? Or maybe should I sell my Product to them later in a email after they join my List ??

    No, don't try to sell it on the squeeze page. Think about it... what happens after someone signs up to your list? Usually two things: they get an email and they end up on a download page to get your freebie that they signed up for. Right? THAT is where you put your sales message for the paid product.

    You could also put an OTO (one-time offer) page in there, but that's more complicated. I would start with what I mentioned. Include your sales message in their first email after joining, and also on the download page where they get your freebie.

      Zeus is absolutely right with that. On your squeeze page, the only thing you're selling is the opt-in, nothing else. After they sign up you can redirect them to your salespage, or mention your product in the first email.
