Need help with Camtasia callouts

I am at the moment trying to put a clickable link at the end of the video! It is a trasparent callout and I have followed the road map but for some reason it does not work ( worked great in 5 & 6 )

1) Put url in url box , check done that
2) make new page when clicked , check done that
3) make sure person who sees the video can click link,check done

OK so what have I missed or has Camtasia disabled this feature now!!

    Add the transparent callout with the url in the text
    Scroll down the settings to "Flash hotspot properties"
    Select "Jump To URL" and input your settings.

    Render the video and all should be well.
