    Well, one option is to host them somewhere like Amazon S3.

    And you will need a video player on your site to display the videos.

    Then I'm guessing you want to keep these videos somewhat private - so you will want to incorporate some kind of script on the site that will keep things locked up - like a private membership site script.

    There are a huge mix of things you can do to achieve this - so I recommend spending a day on google looking up the different softwares that work within your budget.
