Tranferring Domains?...Yikes

So,
I know all you skeptics told me I have a serious problem with my domains, so I have commenced to auction.
I have listed 3 of them for a 1 week auction at GoDaddy (wish me luck), and I am praying for good fortune.
I am however a bit worried about transferring the domains (if they sell of course). How do I transfer domains to a different person? Some are simply parked in GoDaddy, and 1 is now in Hostgator I believe. Is there someone who does this on a regular basis who could give me some instructions?
Anyone know of any tutorials on the matter?

Regards,
wanna-succeed

If your domains are registered via GoDaddy then you can simply "push" them to your buyer using your GoDaddy control panel as long as your buyer has a Godaddy account and you have their details.

Log in to your onw GoDaddy account then select "account change" for the domain you wish to transfer to the new owner.

Suggest not transferring until you have cleared funds from your buyer of course....get the cash safely first.

    Good luck with the auctions.

I wouldn't hold my breath on a godaddy auction. It could be, (I don't know because none of my domains have ever sold via a godaddy auction), that godaddy will automate it for you like they do on a Premium listing sale. Did you check to see how long it takes to get paid with auction? On a Premium listing sale, it takes up to 45 days to get your money.

It's dead easy ... you just need the buyer to have (or to open) an account at your registrar, and you "push" the domain(s) to them. No charge to either side.

(I agree with the comment above about GoDaddy auctions, I'm sorry to say.)

Godaddy auctions are not very good IMO if you want to receive the full value of your domains but you will probably get a buyer at the wholesale price.
If the person has a godaddy account all you have to do is an account change in the domain management section of your godaddy dashboard.
