Where to Sell PLR Articles???

Hey guys. I've managed to write just over 100 PLR Articles, mainly about Weight Loss.

I just wandered what would be the best way to sell them?

Any experiences in the past you've had selling PLR articles etc would be great.

    I would take some of them and compile them into a report, or two depending on the variety of topics you have.

    Maybe you could even take half and make them into an ebook.

    So now you have an ebook, a report and still a good amount of articles to sell. Maybe even rework some of those into an autoresponder course.

    So now you have an ebook, a report, an autoresponder course and articles. Package those up and sell them in a WSO as a total solution for people promoting weight loss.

    Wanna make even more money?

    Make graphics or have graphics done for the ebook and reports.

    Wanna make even more than that?

    Have a minisite built complete with squeeze page, sales page for the ebook, affiliate center and download page.

    Now you have a complete - done for you solution for anyone in the weight loss market.

      This is exactly what I was going to recommend...

      After you have the complete package you can offer it as a paid or free WSO depending on how you wanted to structure it...

      You could offer the package for free then the remaining articles as a small upsell (7-17) after opt-in... That would build you a list and get some sales as well...

      You could also offer the whole package as a paid WSO offering the PLR to whole package. Then take the remaining articles and have them spun to make about 50 versions of each and offer them as part of the package or as an upsell...

      Worse case scenario you can just sell them to me... :rolleyes:

      Another alternative if you just need or want quick cash is to offer them as 5 packs on tradebit.com or you could contact owners of PLR membership sites (or those that have their own PLR store).

      And of course you can always just list them in the classified section as well.

    I highly recommend you look up Tiffany Dow (she is on the Warrior Forum as well) and look at her PLR ATM product. She teaches people how to set up their own PLR stores. Looks like you've already got enough product to start PLR store in the health niche. Food for thought.

      I purchased her course, found it interesting and got some workable ideas, but there's little about how to market the PLR for sale, and I have the same question...Where to advertise?

    An immediate option that comes to mind is certainly a WSO, but for the long-term, you could also make your own website and sell it from there, and of course - direct your efforts towards promoting your site. This makes more sense only if you mean to churn out PLR content on a regular basis, though

      That is a lot of articles to write... did you buy them? It is important to note that most PLR articles say in the terms that you can use them however you with EXCEPT reselling them as PLR.

    Selling PLR articles is a waste of time, the percieved value is so low don't even bother. As lee said package it into an e-book or if you really want to boost profits create an audion or video course and even create an upsell, sell a clickbank ready product and only offer 100 licenses at $97 (bargain for your customers) and collect the easiest $9700 of your life, do this once a month and make 6 figures this year,

      I think Lee's suggestion would be a fantastic way to go, and it's a hot niche so you could do well to sell it here on the Warrior Forum. You could have some articles as a freebie beforehand to build an email list and simply get your name out there. People can also see the quality of your work, then, and will be more willing to buy when the full package comes out.

      It may also help to create your own website, if you feel that PLR is something you'd like to do in the long run. WSOs are a fantastic way to establish yourself, and then the website can be built up over time to get SEO traffic, or to redirect your list to when you add new article packs there.

      And I can certainly attest to the fact that this is not the case I am sure that you will find a market for your PLR whether you sell them as articles, or a package, though Lee's suggestion sounds like a great one

      Straight up this is an ignorant comment. Ignore this first sentence. As long as you are WRITING YOUR OWN STUFF then you have nothing to worry about. Its selling the same recycled PLR garbage that has been roaming the net for years is when you are going to run into an issue.

      There is a high demand for PLR, but ORIGINAL PLR nothing else.

    It seems to me that getting multiple sales off the same item would make it worth the effort. As always if you help someone else make money, you'll make more yourself.

    What were your intentions when you first started writing these articles? 100 articles is a lot of articles to write if you didn't have some sort of plan for them.

    If you plan to continue writing and selling PLR then I would suggest starting your own PLR website. You could even do a membership site specifically in the weight loss niche if that is the niche of all your articles. You can offer a membership where you give your customers 30 articles a month for $20 a month - just an example and this way you can build up a residual monthly income. Of course you would need to keep writing more articles to keep your monthly membership going.

    I would start by offering a free WSO. This will get your foot in the door so everyone can check out your writing. Give a 5 or 10 pack away in exchange for their email. Use Aweber to build a list so that you can offer them more PLR in the future.

    You can then run a mega pack WSO or break them into packs and sell individually. If you plan to start a PLR store, I recommend you set up a website now so you can also sell them there. Link to the site in you signature here.

    I also recommend PLR ATM by Tiffany Dow if you want to become a PLR provider. Another good guide is Peggy Baron's Become a PLR Writer. You cam find it here as a WSO.

    Do SEO for it. Run PPC ads for it. Post in weight loss forums. Start a blog and promote it there. Write articles and drive your traffic to the site your PLR articles are for sale on.
