How Often Do You Flip One Day Old Site Withiubt Earnings or Traffic on flipper? Is This Possible

I have been navigating my way around flippa in last 30 minutes and every site that were sold are all established site and non seem to be sold below $1000.

This has made me to wonder if it is still possible for a newbie to set up s site today and flip it same day if the niche is a good one and profitable.

Its not like it used to be with non-revenue producing sites. Thats not saying it wont work though.

I will buy a site on flippa even if it's brand new. Here is what I look for:

    1. At least 10 unique posts of over 450 words. These must be well written.

    2. A good domain with the keyword in it.

    3. Good keyword research. I want the 10 posts I talked about on #1 to be optimized well for 10 different keywords.

Things I could care less about are themes, graphics, or potential. I can always change these things myself pretty easily.

I would pay up to $140 for a site with very well written content. Most of the time I thing I get a great bargain on these sites for around $70.

The problem is, there just isnt any good sites that meet all 3 of the "rules" I stated above. So to answer your question, yes there are buyers out there (ie. me) but you have to do a lot of work to get any kind of profit out of it.

Hope this gives you a feel on how an auctual buyer looks at start up sites.

I can deliver such a site. I dont see any problem with your rules. They are great and inspiring. I would have started this business a long time ago( ie selling brand new site) but some GURUS I know keep saying that people no longer buy such sites and that has been what prevented me from doing it, just because I felt "they" know it all.

But going by what you just gave here, I am starting it soon! Frankly, I like doing the research and setting up the site as well as writing 10 unique articles but I dont have time for traffic generation because I am a student.

In fact, My first site did $60.80 through affiliate and because of what I heard from the GURUS, I just watched it burn off( expire) without selling.

Presently, I have a very good niche which I researched some months back and that was before I got admission into college. The CPC is $7 but the funniest thing is that most of the top sites in this niche do not have the main keyword in their domain name.

Thank you for your contribution. You have just made me 10 feet TALL!

It is very possible to sell new sites on Flippa. It depends on what kind of site it is. Sometimes people are looking for a very specific keyword domain and if you put a site on it they are willing to pay more for it than just the domain on its own.

Autoblogs, and article farms with lots of spun content on don't sells as well as they used to. Try browsing through the new sites section on Flippa and take a look at what is getting bids to see what is working.

Almost forgot this from my earlier post. I will also but a site that has it's own product attached to it. Example, a well written sales page with a unique, well written ebook would get my business in a heartbeat.

I love buying sites like this even if there is no traffic or income.

        Thanks for this tip!
May give this one a go! I love building start up sites and haven't tried selling one with a product and sales page.

Something that could be easily outsourced I think!
