You do need an ABN - Aus Business No.
Well , the $75 adwords voucher tells me they are looking for new customers
but I did find it very interesting
Wonder if they will let me put up a site for my hosting service

    Free domain for 2 years, free hosting for 12 months...

    "After expiry of any free periods provided by MYOB, MYOB will offer you the ability to enter into a further contract for the services".

    "After the first year, a monthly subscription charge of $5 per month is payable by you to use the MYOB Atlas service."

    Dunno, I'm very cynical for one so young, and if it sounds too good to be true, it often is. What's the catch?

    You cannot able to identify the sites are really given by google because of free adwords,I got adwords voucher from various sources as well.Might be a business strategy.For short time it works,not for long time business makers.
    Don't rely on free domains.

    I saw that too but figured there'd be some sort of catch so gave it a miss (they want $30 per year for domain renewal after the first two years... I pay just under $14 per year for all of my .com.au's).

    If its anything like Getting British Business Online, which it looks very alike.

    You can transfer the domain & hosting elsewhere (for no extra cost), so its a free way to get an .com.au I suppose! (Yes I did this myself)

    I recommend you contact support before you go ahead though! As it may just have different Terms ect

    Yeah, I saw this.

    My first thought was, 'all web design companies will go out of business.'

    Then I saw their template designs - anyone who cares for their business will not get a crappy template website like that.
