I was trying to find a plug in for WP that made for a nice looking and easy to use review site?

You could customize it yourself. There is a good rating system like the post star rating plugin or something. Can't remember lol.
As for the reviews, just take advantage of the built in comments and customize the theme files to make it look more like a review site rather than a blog. |

I tired the free SB plugin but it was buggy for me. I've been using a Review Blog Theme which comes with the theme and the plugin. It's awesome. It's not free but very affordable. I did a review for it including a video tour if you want to check it out:
