Default Any advice on solo ads or ezine mailing? Which ones are good?

Does anyone know if there are any good solo ad companies or ezine mailing companies that can help me to build my list of subscribers? I have been trying to see which ones I can go with. I don't want to waste my money on bad ones. I know it depends also on the ad that I write. But I was just wondering which one could help me the best to get people to my website?
Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks, Gilbert Medina

I wonder what do you understand by "good" solo ad companies ...

Maybe ... Companies that guarantee that your solo ad will produce a good result? There are no such companies. And if you find one, you may want to know that they are lying to you. [Comparison: do you know any newspaper that will guarantee you any result for your ad?]

Or maybe ... you were expecting a certain warrior to tell you "I had great results with "X" company". Why would you care? Will you promote the same website, will you use the same solo ad, the same subject line? Do you have the same marketing skills like THAT warrior? If not ... you may fail where she/he succeeded. So ... why do you care?

Really ... what are you expecting? Email marketing campaigns depend a lot on ... YOU!

What I can recommend you is to avoid safelists and GPTRE programs. Try solo ads in ezines.

What I can also recommend you is to subscribe to the ezines before placing any order. Read them, analyze what the publisher does, look how many solo ads are published, etc. Then take a decision.

You're welcome and take care. Don't forget to test, test, test before launching an expensive solo ad campaign.

Test different elements of your landing page, subject line, ad copy.

Take also care who you advertise with. There are also amateur ezine publishers, there are also companies that promise you to publish your ad in ezines not published anymore The ezines world is like real world. There are professionals, amateurs and scammers.
