Using a- PBS tv Show Name - on Squidoo -how to avoid trouble?

Hope your day or eve is nice!

I want to use the name of a particular PBS show in my title for a lens, and the content of my lens overall..

I want to reference the name of the show in the title, along with a description of the site but how can I (Or can I?) word or phrase things in a way that won't get me a letter later from some attorney asking me to shut her down? I want to ultimately market books and other show related "amazon" items on the site

or how can I "word things" to still be able to use their name, but in a way that "keeps me safe"?

any advice would be really helpful!
you would help me avoid legal fees!(lol!)

    I don't believe having the name of the show in the title of your article will be an issue. Look at the entertainment section of any online newspaper and you'll see several examples of this being done.

    I really don't think that this matters for a Squidoo lens. This never came across my mind actually.... I would only be concerned with domain names.

    There shouldn't be TOO much of a problem. People review products and talk about them like nothing. Maybe this is similar? Don't take my word tho, just my thoughts.

      thank you very very much guys!

      contacting the show, a bit much for me
      but the idea that the domain is not infringing and that
      squidoo is no "huge threat" on a 2.0
