Unexploited International Niches
I'm interested in uncovering unexploited niche markets in other countries or languages that may be under served. Google Insights gives data on which countries lead on a given topic or keyword so that is a start and there is also data (as you would expect) when you search for key words in another language.
Has anyone applied any searching techniques turn into profit by targeting other countries or or languages. Of course there are e-commerce sites in other countries and languages but I'm specifically interested in how we might identify emerging trends and get exploit them along with outsourcing to ODesk (or similar) for inexpensive contractors that speak the languages we identify and pursue for that niche. Lot's of subjects to go around if collaborate and share methods or if you want to stop and throw a test search up using your favorite utility and then post.
I would be particularly interested to know if Nichbot, Key Word Tracker or similar has any key word effectiveness index data it aggregates. I do not have a new subscription yet. I have been out of the loop for a while and about to re-emerge from the ashes hopefully.
